Lenovo Thinkpad W700.
TheLenovo Thinkpad W700 is a workstation. The laptop is designed for
people who are doing work like photography, CAD and other technical
work. The designers of the W700 have added some things that have never
been done before. For example they have put two different touch pads.
There is one for you to use for scrolling and the other is a digitizer.
A digitizer is a touch pad that works with a special stylus which
allows you to do things more precise than with a mouse. The digitizer
can come in handy for both photo editors and CAD designers.
This
base model of this powerful workstation is powered by a 2.8 Ghz. Intel
Core 2 Duo T9600 processor. The package above has an even faster
processor a 3.06 Ghz. Core 2 Duo T9900 processor. This system has very
high specifications all of which require a lot of power and here is the
only con of this device the battery life is only a little over 2 hours.
The batter life of this laptop is the only drawback.

My Rating
After
taking a very close look at this device I can reccommend it based on
the specs. If you keep this plugged in its a really great laptop. If
you are looking for something you can take anywhere and just use you
need to keep in mind the battery life is only a little over 2 hours.
The fact that you can have as much as 970 GB of hardrive space, with a
few things taken out, is really great for a photo editor or a CAD
designer.
Bottom line I give this workstation 4 out of 5 stars. If you don't mind short battery life and are looking for a lot of power this is your workstation the Lenovo Thinkpad W700.
